My friend Greg Holden recently visited me as part of his U.K. tour, so this seems the time to start my own youtube channel. You can find it here: Will Worth's youtube channel. Please do subscribe, as there'll be more content soon!
Recently confirmed gigs include a guest appearance at the inaugural "Bark" at the dog House in Kennington, south London, on Thursday 6th August, and back home in Brighton at the Hope on Sunday 9th.

Try not to be too alarmed, but I've actually managed to create an RSS feed for future updates. I know; next I'll be dressing myself. I've stuck a link in the links menu above. You're not so lazy as to need me to put it here, as well, are you? Are you?
Anyway; that's going to be the primary outlet for all updates, musical or otherwise, so please do subscribe. If you're also interested in my more general passing thoughts/discoveries/adventures, you might like to follow me on twitter.
While I'm here, I'll also mention that I'll be organising the music for a beer festival at the end of May in Brighton, so get in touch if you're after details or a slot to play yourself. I have also been toying with the idea of a tribute night marking the anniversary of Jeff Buckley's death, but am starting to think it'll take more time and organisation to get all the acts together than I''ll be able to give it. I also have this nagging thought that I should mark his birth, rather than the tragic death. What do you think?

The Greenhouse Effect gig was a great success. In the landlady's own words:
"What a brilliant night! Great mix of music, vocalists and musicians- lovely people, great entertainment and welcome back any time. P.S. The bar staff have already booked themselves up for the next event."
I'm not sure how used to being pestered for written feedback she is, but there you are.
All the acts surpassed both my expectations, and, seemingly, the crowd's. Many thanks to all those to attended and made it such a success.
I have a few photos of the event on my new flickr page.
In other news, I will be playing the Duke of Beaufort next Sunday, the 19th. It will be another free gig, but with radically different material. I hope to see some of you there.
22/2/09 The initial details for my next multi-act music night have been confirmed as The Greenhouse Effect downstairs venue on Wednesday, the 8th of April. I'm really excited about this, as I've already confirmed two great acts, The Morning Orchestra and Pachucos y la Princesa.
Pachucos y la Princesa are based in Madrid, and will be in the U.K. for just a week, so I'm really excited to be part of their tour. They're bringing a double bass, trumpet, and cajón as well as the more usual guitars. The Morning Orchestra make well-polished, sophisticated, but unashamedly poppy, upbeat music. They are a fantastically positive contrast to the legions of angst-ridden, self indulgent musicians that seem to be everywhere. There will be more details to follow, but here are a couple of videos of them:
First, The Morning Orchestra, live at Coalition, Brighton, performing "Helter Skelter":
Here are Pachucos y la Princesa clearly having fun performing "I'm a little teapot":
The night is already shaping up to be great, and there are various other acts and details still to be confirmed. To be kept up to date, subscribe to my mailing list. There's also a facebook event page, here. Thanks!
EDIT- Extra act confirmed! http://www.myspace.com/theminaretsofficial
The Minarets I know relatively little about, but was immediately a fan when i heard them live. A mixed gender duo, they have that rare quality of complementing without crowding one another. The male harmonies add depth to the already beautiful and ornate female led songs, and when the girl joins the boy on his songs, it's just lovely. I do know their names, but that feels like too much detail. Am I being weird?

I've been asked to do a half-hour piano set this Sunday (15th) at the Globe, Middle Street, in the south laines, Brighton. Free entry, again(!).
26/1/09
This Saturday night I'll be playing a piano/guitar mixed set for Rifftasty promotions at the Golden Cannon in Kemptown. I'm on stage around 915- it's free entry.
24/1/09
I'll be playing a half-hour acoustic set of new material at the Florist pub on upper North Street this Sunday evening (the 25th). It's a very laid-back venue, so it'll be a lazy Sunday vibe, I think. I hope to see you there...
I'd love you to email me feedback. Thanks!
